Allen Jones ( 1937) is a British pop-artist best known for his paintings, sculptures, and lithography.  Famed for creating furniture based on life-sized mannequins of women with fetishistic and bdsm undertones, Jones’s work shook the art world in the 1960’s and 70’s. His best known work ‘Hatstand, Table and Chair’ involving fibreglass "fetish" mannequins, debuted to protests in 1970.
